PORT GEORGE COUNTRY JAMBOREE
The Port George Country Jamboree is tentatively scheduled for July 27, 2024!
Previous Jamborees combined 10 hours of live country music with fabulous food, a 200 table all-day Flea Market, a pancake breakfast, activities for kids, supper, and camping. It’s held outdoors on the Bay of Fundy shore. You can enjoy fabulous food like fish & chips, strawberry shortcake, lobster rolls, or just a hamburger or hot dog. We have them all, and more! You can also find “treasures” at the giant, 200 tables at the flea market, or watch the little ones riding the kiddie train. Campers welcomed.
2024 will be the 39th Anniversary of this event, which is organized by the Port George Regional Recreation Centre, Kingston Lions Club and Lawrencetown Lions Club. The Jamboree is held rain or shine. This is a family event – no alcohol please. In the past, we have had up to 4,000 people from all over Nova Scotia and beyond attend. We hope to see you at this year’s celebration! We have lots of food and fun for everyone!
Entry fee $TBC. Children under 12 years of age get in FREE (TBC).
